***NFA RESTRICTED ITEMS***

Silencers are restricted by the National Firearms Act (NFA) and require an extensive background check prior to being transferred to the purchaser. This includes completing an electronic ATF Form 4, as well as submitting a photograph and finger prints. The federal government charges a $200.00 NFA tax for each NFA item. This tax is in addition to the prices listed below. The tax is paid directly to the Federal Government at the time of purchase.

The ATF states they have a goal of completing electronic Form 4 NFA background checks within 90 days, but unfortunately that is not usually reality.

Kinetic Firearms is able to photograph and fingerprint our customers in store to make certifying and submitting NFA applications quick and easy. Customers will need to register for an ATF EForms account. The customer's ATF EForms Username, and PIN will be required to electronically sign the Form 4.

In the State of Indiana, if you can legally own a firearm you can legally own a silencer.
